This is the famous skull that all Phantoms use in the ceremony of the reciting of the oath. The skull is from the dead Singh pirate, that had murdered the father of Christopher Walker Standish, and all on board his father's ship. From the very first Phantom to the Phantom of today, each son follows in their father's footsteps as guardian of the Bandar people. The oath would be spoken as follows: "I swear to devote my life, to the destruction of piracy, greed, cruelty, and injustice in all it's forms. And my sons, and their sons shall follow me!"
